"I have been carving since 1980 and concentrate largely on waterfowl.
I principally use basswood as the basic medium, carve all feathers in relief detail,feather-etch all feathers before staining, painting and sealing.
Because I was in the Navy for 32 years, my decoys are on both coasts of the
U.S.; most west coast ones in the San Diego area, while the east coast ones
