Started carving 1988, the love of carving turned a hobby into a profession. Eventually started teaching carving, which is  as rewarding as carving.  I'm a self taught carver, have attended painting seminars by Pat Godin and Jim  Sprankle. My carvings are usually carved life size, carved from one block of Tupelo wood, not laminated. I've enjoyed a successful relationship with several collectors over the 25 years I've been carving.
